.DISCUSSION...

*Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected on Tuesday
near the fire site. Plan on erratic outflow winds from any
storms. Showers and storms dissipate Tuesday night.

*Less storm chances are forecast on Wednesday along with
west-southwest winds in the afternoon.

*Long Range Outlook: A warming and drying trend is expected
Thursday and into the weekend. Plan on much lower afternoon
humidities, below 15%, with temperatures roughly 5 degrees above
average. Overnight humidity recoveries will be poor (25 to 35%) each
night. Afternoon winds typical, west-southwest 10 to 25 mph, each
day.

.TUESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Scattered showers and thunderstorms
developing by 1200 MST near the fire site.
Chance of pcpn......30 percent by 1100 MST, increasing to 60 percent
after 1200 MST.
Max temperature.....71-74.
Min humidity........45-50 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Westerly winds 2-5 mph in the morning, becoming
west-southwest 8-12 mph after 1100 MST. Erratic
outflow gusts of up to 35 mph are expected near
any storms.
Mixing height.......8700 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Southwest 5 to 10 mph.

.TUESDAY NIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy with rain showers in the evening, clearing
overnight.
Chance of pcpn......50 percent in the evening, 10 percent after
2200 MST.

Max humidity........75-85 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Westerly drainage winds 2-5 mph.
Mixing height.......200 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Southwest around 15 mph decreasing to around

cloudy in the afternoon. Isolated showers and
