.DISCUSSION...Expect daily chances for showers and thunderstorms.
Storms will most likely initiate over the White Mountains and
push towards the Billy Fire along outflow boundaries. There is low
to moderate confidence on whether these storms actually reach the
fire, and thus the chance of precipitation is 30%. Activity will
decrease after sunset, before isolated to scattered storms pick
up again on Wednesday. The primary hazards near any storms will
be lightning, gusty outflow winds, and brief downpours.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy. Chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms after 1 pm.
Chance of pcpn......30 percent.
Max temperature.....81 to 85.
Min humidity........25 to 30 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph gusting to 15 mph.
                    Gusty and erratic winds 25 to 35 mph near
                    thunderstorms.
Mixing height.......10400 ft AGL in the morning increasing to 12500
                    ft AGL in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....Southeast 10 to 15 knots.

                    mph until 8 pm, then east 4 to 8 mph
