The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...Dinnebito Wash
  Coconino County in north central Arizona...
  Navajo County in north central Arizona...

* Until 1115 PM MST /1215 AM MDT/.

* At 523 PM MST /623 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms
  producing a broad area of rainfall between 0.5 and 1 inch within
  the Dinnebito Wash drainage. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25
  to 0.75 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly within the Dinnebito Wash and its tributaries.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Widespread rainfall
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets
           and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Hotevilla-Bacavi and Tiis Holoni.

This includes State Route 264 between mile markers 357 and 366.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
  Oraibi Wash, Dinnebito Wash and Saltwater Wash.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will
become muddy and impassable. Paved roads and underpasses could
become flooded as well.
