...PATCHY DENSE FOG OVER EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA|...

Patchy fog is occasionally reducing visibility to around one-
quarter mile over parts of eastern North Dakota and west central
Minnesota. Travelers should be prepared for rapidly deteriorating
visibility, and to use extra caution at intersections and railroad
crossings. The fog is expected to improve after 9 AM.
