...AREAS OF FOG CONTINUE ACROSS THE CENTRAL RED RIVER VALLEY...

Areas of fog, occasionally reducing the visibility to around one-
quarter mile, continue across the central Red River Valley, but
mainly across western Polk County. Travelers should be prepared
for rapidly deteriorating visibility, and use extra caution at
intersections, railroad crossings, and school bus stops.
