NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA THIS EARLY MORNING...

Areas of dense fog will be over parts of the northern Red River
valley and northeast North Dakota until past dawn. Visibilities in
some areas will be less than one-quarter mile.

Travelers should be prepared for rapidly deteriorating
visibility, and use extra caution at intersections, railroad
crossings,
