...NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS NORTHWEST
MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING...

Relative humidity values will drop to 25 to 30 percent along with
south winds 12 to 25 mph, with higher gusts to 30 mph over the Red
River valley. Given the extremely dry fuels, near critical fire
weather conditions are expected. Any fire that does develop has
the potential to quickly spread. The risk is greatest between
from 1 to 7 PM.
