Low clouds, areas of fog and patchy freezing drizzle has occurred
overnight in the Red River valley and parts of eastern North
Dakota and is continuing in areas as dawn approaches. Untreated
roads and sidewalks, parking lots will be slippery. So use extra
caution if traveling or walking.
