...DENSE FOG OVER PARTS OF NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

Areas of fog occasionally reducing visibility to around one-
quarter mile have developed across parts of northwest and west-
central Minnesota. Travelers should be prepared for rapidly
deteriorating visibility, and to use extra caution at
intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is more likley to
improve from northwest to southeast as winds shift to the
northwest behind a front through the early morning hours.
