...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN KITTSON COUNTY
THROUGH 1230 PM CDT...

At 1208 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Humboldt, or 40 miles north of Grafton, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Pembina, St. Vincent, Humboldt, and Noyes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
