...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN KITTSON AND EASTERN
PEMBINA COUNTIES THROUGH MIDNIGHT CDT...

At 1114 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Joliette, or 30 miles north of Grafton, moving
southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hallock, Drayton, Pembina, Lancaster, St. Thomas, Kennedy, and St.
Vincent.

This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 186 and 216.
