height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Breezy. Northwest winds around 10 mph increasing to
north 15 to 25 mph in the late morning and afternoon. Waves
1 foot or less. Scattered showers in the late morning and
afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Highs in the 60s.
.TONIGHT...Very windy. North winds 25 to 40 mph. Waves 3 to
5 feet. Isolated thunderstorms until early morning. Showers
through the night. Cloudy. Lows in the upper 40s.
.SUNDAY...Very windy. North winds 30 to 45 mph shifting to the
northwest 25 to 35 mph in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
Showers. Mostly cloudy. Highs in the 50s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph shifting to the northwest
around 10 mph late in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less.
Isolated showers. Partly cloudy. Highs 75 to 85.
.TONIGHT...Windy. East winds 10 to 20 mph increasing to south
20 to 30 mph after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less building to
3 to 5 feet after midnight. Scattered thunderstorms through the
night. Scattered showers early in the morning. Mostly cloudy.
Lows in the lower 60s.
.SUNDAY...Windy. Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph shifting to the
