Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Breezy. North winds 10 to 20 mph shifting to the
northeast 20 to 25 mph late in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or
less. Scattered showers through the day. Partly cloudy early in
the morning then becoming mostly cloudy. Highs in the 60s.
.TONIGHT...Very windy. North winds 25 to 40 mph. Waves 3 to
5 feet. Isolated thunderstorms in the evening. Showers through
the night. Cloudy. Lows in the upper 40s.
.SUNDAY...Very windy. North winds 30 to 45 mph shifting to the
northwest 25 to 35 mph in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
Showers. Mostly cloudy. Highs in the 50s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph shifting to the northwest
around 10 mph late in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 1 to 2 feet. Isolated showers. Partly cloudy. Highs
75 to 85.
.TONIGHT...Windy. East winds 10 to 20 mph increasing to south
20 to 30 mph after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less building to
3 to 5 feet after midnight. Scattered thunderstorms until early
morning, then scattered showers early in the morning. Mostly
cloudy. Lows in the lower 60s.
.SUNDAY...Windy. Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph shifting to the
northwest 20 to 30 mph late in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 6 feet.
Scattered showers. Partly sunny. Highs 65 to 75.

Showers and scattered thunderstorms. Cloudy. Lows in the upper
