waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 60s.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly sunny. Highs 85 to 95.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds around 10 mph in the evening
becoming light, then becoming south around 10 mph early in the
morning. Waves 1 foot or less. Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid
60s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TONIGHT...East winds around 10 mph shifting to the north early
in the morning. Waves 1 foot or less. Chance of thunderstorms
through the night. Slight chance of thunderstorms after midnight.
Partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 60s.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds around 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly sunny. Highs 75 to 85.
.MONDAY NIGHT...North winds around 10 mph early in the evening
becoming light. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly clear. Lows in the
mid 60s.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TONIGHT...Light winds becoming northeast around 10 mph after
midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Chance of showers and slight
chance of thunderstorms. Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 60s.
.MONDAY...Northeast winds around 10 mph until late afternoon
