Here are the Recreation Area Forecasts...

Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Very windy. Northwest winds 30 to 45 mph. Waves 3 to
5 feet. Partly cloudy early in the morning then clearing. Highs
65 to 75.
.TONIGHT...Breezy. North winds 15 to 25 mph decreasing to around
10 mph late in the evening, then becoming light after midnight.
Waves 1 to 3 feet subsiding to 1 foot or less after midnight.
Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 40s.
.WEDNESDAY...Light winds becoming southeast 10 to 20 mph in the
late morning and afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Sunny. Highs in
the 70s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Windy. South winds 10 to 20 mph shifting to the west
15 to 20 mph early in the morning, then shifting to the northwest
20 to 30 mph in the late morning and afternoon. Waves 1 to
3 feet. Chance of showers in the late morning and afternoon.
Partly cloudy early in the morning then becoming mostly cloudy.
Highs 45 to 55.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 3 feet
subsiding to 1 foot or less after midnight. Mostly clear. Lows in
the lower 40s.
.WEDNESDAY...Light winds becoming northeast around 10 mph in the
afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Sunny. Highs in the 50s.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TODAY...Breezy. Southeast winds 10 to 20 mph shifting to the
northwest 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 to 3 feet. Chance of showers.
Mostly cloudy. Highs in the 40s.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 3 feet
subsiding to 1 foot or less after midnight. Patchy frost after
midnight. Mostly clear. Lows in the mid 30s.
.WEDNESDAY...Light winds becoming east around 10 mph in the
afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Sunny. Highs 45 to 55.
