Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.REST OF TONIGHT...Light winds becoming north around 10 mph early
in the morning. Waves 1 foot or less. Areas of smoke late in the
evening. Chance of showers late in the evening. Chance of
thunderstorms through the night. Chance of showers early in the
morning. Mostly cloudy. Lows around 60.
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds around 10 mph shifting to the west in
the late morning and afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly
sunny. Highs in the 70s.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Light winds becoming south 10 to 15 mph in the
late evening and overnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly clear.
Lows in the lower 60s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.REST OF TONIGHT...Light winds becoming north around 10 mph after
midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Areas of smoke through the night.
Partly cloudy. Lows in the lower 60s.
.THURSDAY...North winds around 10 mph early in the morning
becoming light. Waves 1 foot or less. Areas of smoke in the
morning. Mostly sunny. Highs in the 70s.

clear. Lows in the lower 60s.


For Lake of the Woods...

.REST OF TONIGHT...North winds around 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or
less. Areas of smoke. Partly cloudy late in the evening then
becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the upper 50s.

light. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly sunny. Highs 65 to 75.
