Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TONIGHT...North winds around 10 mph in the evening becoming
light. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 60s.
.SATURDAY...Light winds becoming west around 10 mph in the
afternoon. Waves less than 1 foot. Mostly sunny. Highs in the
80s.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Light winds becoming south 10 to 20 mph in the
late evening and overnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Partly cloudy.
Lows in the upper 60s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Patchy smoke. Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 60s.
.SATURDAY...Northwest winds around 10 mph until late afternoon
becoming light. Waves 1 foot or less. Patchy smoke. Mostly sunny.
Highs 75 to 85.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Light winds becoming south around 10 mph after
midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly clear. Lows in the mid
60s.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
Patchy smoke. Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 60s.
.SATURDAY...Northwest winds around 10 mph shifting to the
southeast in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Patchy smoke
through the day. Mostly sunny. Highs in the 70s.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Light winds becoming southwest around 10 mph
after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Partly cloudy. Lows in the
mid 60s.
