Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Windy. South winds 10 to 20 mph increasing to southeast
20 to 30 mph in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less building to
3 to 5 feet in the afternoon. Sunny. Highs 85 to 95.
.TONIGHT...Windy. Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph. Waves 2 to
4 feet. Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 60s.
.SUNDAY...Very windy. Southeast winds 25 to 40 mph shifting to
the south 30 to 45 mph in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
Sunny. Highs in the 90s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Light winds. Waves 1 foot or less. Clear. Highs in the
70s.
.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Clear. Lows in the mid 60s.
.SUNDAY...Breezy. Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 2 to
4 feet. Sunny. Highs 75 to 85.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TODAY...Light winds becoming east around 10 mph in the
afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Sunny. Highs in the 70s.
.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 50s.
.SUNDAY...Breezy. Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 to
3 feet. Sunny. Highs 75 to 85.
