.MONDAY...Windy. West winds 25 to 35 mph decreasing to 20 to
25 mph late in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet. Partly sunny.
Highs in the teens.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Breezy. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph decreasing
to 10 to 15 mph after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet subsiding to
1 foot or less after midnight. Partly cloudy. Lows around 4.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.REST OF TONIGHT...East winds around 10 mph shifting to the
southwest after midnight, then shifting to the west early in the
morning. Waves 1 foot or less. Snow, cloudy. Lows around 20.
