Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

Wind chills 30 below to 45 below early this morning and again
possible late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Very cold wind chills less than 30 below are expected mainly
during most overnights and mornings thru early next week.

Chance for light snow south of Highway 2 Friday with 60 percent
chance for at least 1 inch of snow Wadena MN area.
