This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota and west central Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow will increase this morning, heaviest this afternoon, then
ending this evening. Gusty northwest to north winds get going this
afternoon to 40 mph. Winds combined with falling snow will result
in greatly reduced visibilities. Heaviest snowfall and winds will
be closer to South Dakota border.
