.DISCUSSION...

Sunny skies and dry conditions are expected today, with
temperatures warming to around 50 (or lower 50s) this afternoon
in the area of the spot, recovering as temperatures cool with
sunset. RH values should drop below 40 percent by mid afternoon,
and if temperatures reach the low 50s then RH values less than 35
percent become more likely. Surface high pressure is going to be
in place as as a result light winds around 5 mph are expected,
with a tendency for southwest winds to prevail during the period
of prescribed burning.
