.DISCUSSION...

Here is the forecast for your site east of Bemidji.

Ample cloud cover through much of the day will keep daytime
temperatures in the 40s and 50s. This limits the amount of
decrease in RH values, with minimum RH values remaining above 50%.

Winds are forecast to remain light this morning, under 10 mph,
generally out of the northwest.

There is some uncertainty in whether or not cloud coverage
lessens later this afternoon, with a 60% chance low stratus clouds
linger through mid afternoon. Should cloud coverage lessen before
mid afternoon, RH values could dip near 50%, and winds increase
out of the southwest 10-15 mph; whereas, ample cloud cover through
much of the afternoon will keep RH closer to 70% while keeping
winds around 10 mph or less, still out of the southwest.

Mixing heights are forecast to around 3000 ft in the afternoon,
however would be lower should low stratus remain in place through
much of the afternoon.

Sunday holds a better chance of sunny skies, RH values between
30-40 percent and winds out of the southwest 10-20 mph, gusting at
times to 25 mph.
