.DISCUSSION...

Warmer and dry conditions are expected this weekend in northern
Richland County where the prescribed burn is scheduled. Minimum RH
values should be near 30%, but there is a medium chance that they
fall below 30% during the afternoon periods Saturday and Sunday.
At this range there is more uncertainty in RH and wind speeds,
but direction is expected to be from the northwest during the
daytime periods both Saturday and Sunday. Between the two days
Sunday has the potential for highest winds, with a medium chance
for gusts around 30 mph during the afternoon. Red flag conditions
are not currently expected.
