.DISCUSSION...
Look for mostly clear skies today along with generally light and
variable winds. Highs will be in the lower 80s with minimum RH
values in the 35-45 percent range during the late afternoon.
Temperatures will be warmer on Thursday, but with higher relative
humidity in the 50-60 percent range and highs in the low 90s.
Winds pick up out of the southeast by mid morning Thursday,
ranging from 10-20 mph through the remainder of the day.
