.DISCUSSION...

There is a lot of variability across the area this morning, due to
an area of surface low pressure stretching from Minot to Fargo.
This is bringing highly variable wind directions, wind speeds,
temperatures, and cloud cover. Starting with wind directions, they
are already turning to the southwest to west, but should be more
steady westerly this afternoon. Lighter speeds this morning will
become pretty gusty through the afternoon. Your burn area will be
on the cloudy/clear line for a while too, resulting in some
differential heating. It will start the day pretty cloudy, but
clearing will work in later this morning or afternoon. Once it
does clear, it will become a little more gusty. So to sum up, it
will be a highly variable day.
