.DISCUSSION...

RH over you area is has dropped much lower than originally
forecast this morning with values forecast in the 20-25 range
actually falling to near 15 currently with nearby obs even
slightly lower. This has likely been due to sunny skies leading to
slightly deeper mixing and thus the lower RH. Tomorrow this
over-mixing is much more unlikely with some more stratus turning
to afternoon cumulus and preventing RH from tanking. Overall
expecting minimum values from 1pm to 5pm as low as 45 percent.
Winds southerly in the morning around 15 mph turning more SW
through the afternoon ahead of a cold front (passing your location
around 7pm) with wind gusts as high as 25-30 mph trough 3pm. RH
should recover to around 75 percent overnight tonight.
