Mix of cloud and sun this morning, then sunnier this afternoon.
Northwest wind will kick in today and increase into the 15 to 25 mph
range midday and afternoon.  Winds diminish this evening.  No fronts
today...so once we get past 9 am the wind direction should remain
pretty steady from that northwest direction.
