.DISCUSSION...

Winds tomorrow will be much less than today. Initially in the
morning, expect light and variable winds, eventually becoming more
northerly through the day tomorrow. Speeds will remain very light
generally less than 10 mph. Mixing will be very efficient tomorrow
with clear skies, so expect relative humidity values to fall at
least to 25% tomorrow afternoon, with the most likely outcome
ranging in the upper teens to low 20s. Recovery will be modest
tomorrow evening rising into the upper 60s for relative humidity.
