.DISCUSSION...

Relative humidity today will at least fall into the low 30s by
this afternoon, but the main question right now is how much cloud
cover hinders further drops into the afternoon. Cloud cover will
move in this afternoon from the west and may keep RH values around
there, however if cloud cover is slower to push in there is the
potential to fall into the mid 20s.

Winds initially may be nonuniform in direction this morning but
will eventually become south to southeasterly by mid to late
morning. Speeds will also increase to between 10 and 15 knots this
afternoon.
