.DISCUSSION...

RH values as low as 20 percent are forecasted for the next several
hours. RH will rebound after sunset, with values in the 60 to 80
percent range by sunrise Tuesday. RH will not be as low on
Tuesday, bottoming out in the afternoon hours around 40 percent.

Southerly winds will continue this evening, with gusts of 30 to
35 mph until sunset. A few showers this evening/tonight may bring
briefly higher and erratic winds. Overnight, winds will shift to
the west/northwest, and decrease. However, winds will rapidly
increase on Tuesday, with gusts of up to 55 mph out of the
northwest.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (60-70 percent)Chance of rain
                    showers in the evening. Slight chance of
                    thunderstorms through the night.
Min temperature.....Around 47.
Max humidity........86 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Breezy. Southeast winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts
                    to around 32 mph decreasing to 10 to 15 mph
                    with gusts to around 23 mph late in the
                    evening, then shifting to the west with gusts
                    to around 23 mph overnight shifting to the
                    northwest around 20 mph with gusts to around 30
                    mph after 3 am. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms late in the
                    evening.

Mixing winds........South 30 to 35 mph decreasing to 15 to 20 mph
                    early in the evening, then shifting to the
                    southwest around 10 mph overnight shifting to
