.DISCUSSION...

Relative humidity values have fallen lower than expected thanks to
increased mixing this morning. Based on dewpoints and upstream
observations, this should be around where it falls the worst
(20-25%). Showers are working their way through the area right now
with occasional raindrops, but impacts to the burn site should be
very limited with only a low chance for variable wind directions
associated with them. Timing for the wind shift remains on track
to generally 5-7 PM as the most likely timeframe.
