.DISCUSSION...

Southeast winds around 10mph this morning increasing to near 18
mph by noon with highest winds between 11am and 3pm. Gusts near 25
mph and RH dropping to near or below 40% by 11am. Min RH of 25 to
30 between 2pm and 7pm leading to near critical burning conditions
for which and SPS remains in effect. Winds going variable
overnight with high pressure and settling at a north/northeast
direction for tomorrow morning.
