Drier airmass moving in this morning. Morning low clouds clearing
out east of the Red River with today mostly sunny. Afternoon clouds
though right along Manitoba border. Lowest RH values today 30-40
percent. West-southwest wind gusts this afternoon 40 mph and higher
northeast North Dakota. Winds will stay up a bit tonight across
northern areas before diminishing late. Tuesday mostly sunny lowest
RH values 40 to 50 percent. Similar on Wednesday with light winds
under 10 mph.
