IN NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
.DISCUSSION...
It is windy this afternoon, with occasional gusts to 30 mph, mostly
in unforested areas of eastern ND and far western MN. RH values have
fallen as low as 40 percent within the central Red River Valley, but
have maintained 50 and even 60 percent in northwestern MN. Winds
will decrease for Wednesday and switch to more of a westerly
direction. RH will also lower, with 30s becoming more prevalent.
This lowering RH trend will continue into late week.
