The Flood Watch will expire for portions of Minnesota, including the
following areas, Clay, East Becker, East Otter Tail, Hubbard,
Mahnomen, Norman, South Beltrami, South Clearwater, Wadena, West
Becker, West Otter Tail and Wilkin and southeast North Dakota,
including the following areas, Cass, Ransom, Richland and Sargent.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at 3 PM CDT this afternoon.
