* At 346 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Rossville, or
  near Chattanooga, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.
