...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southern Macon,
southeastern Marion, northwestern Dooly, Schley and northern Sumter
Counties through 230 AM EDT...
At 159 AM EDT, a line of strong thunderstorms was along a line
extending from Putnam to near Dooling, and moving southwest at 15
mph.
HAZARD...Winds up to 40 mph, frequent lightning and heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
light, unsecured objects. Heavy rain may cause temporary
street flooding especially in poor drainage areas.

Ellaville, Oglethorpe, Montezuma, Andersonville, Dooling, Putnam,
Murrays Crossroads, Flint River Wma, Fountainville, La Crosse,
Pennington, Draneville, Andersonville National Historic, Friendship,
Clearview, Bumphead, Church Hill, and Walls Crossing.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Motorists
should slow down and be prepared for possible loss of control due to
hydroplaning.
