...RADAR MAINTENANCE CONTINUES THROUGH THE WEEKEND...

The KJGX WSR-88D radar in Warner Robins, GA, is undergoing
scheduled part removal and maintenance and is currently
unavailable. The radar is expected to return to service on Friday,
July 18.

The KFFC WSR-88D radar in Peachtree City, GA, is scheduled to
undergo this same maintenance beginning Friday, July 18, and
return to service on Sunday, July 20.

During this time, radar coverage will continue to be available
from adjacent radar sites, including Birmingham (KBMX), Maxwell
AFB (KMXX), Huntsville (KHTX), and, as applicable, Warner Robins
AFB (KJGX) and Peachtree City (KFFC).
