Scattered thunderstorms are expected across north and central Georgia through 11 PM tonight. A few storms may become strong to severe in northwest Georgia, with wind gusts in the 40 to 50 mph range being the main potential hazard. Isolated rainfall amounts near 2 inches could also occur. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday... Scattered thunderstorms will continue in Georgia through Sunday, with the most activity expected between 2 PM and 10 PM each day. The severe weather risk remains low, but an isolated flooding threat could develop Friday or Saturday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight. $$
