This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north and central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Tonight...

Saturated soils will increase the potential for flooding across
north Georgia with any rainfall, especially in the mountains. A
Flood Watch is in effect until 2 AM tonight generally along and
north of a line from Cedartown to Cumming to Gainesville, however
the flood threat continues to diminish.

Scattered thunderstorms remain possible through the coming hours,
mostly in central Georgia. A few isolated showers remain possible
in north Georgia.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday...

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will remain a daily
occurrence through Tuesday. The potential for severe weather or
flooding on any given day remains low.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not requested but spotters are encouraged
to submit reports of severe weather through the web by going to
weather.gov/atlanta. Please relay any information about observed
severe weather to the NWS.
