This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north and central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

A Heat Advisory remains in effect for much of north and central
Georgia today. Afternoon "feels like" temperatures will once
again be well into the 100s. Please exercise caution if outdoors
and check on vulnerable neighbors.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible across eastern and central
Georgia this afternoon and evening. A few strong storms will be
possible. Primary threats will be strong wind gusts, frequent
lightning, and heavy rain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday...

Hot and humid conditions will persist through the weekend, with
heat indices rising into the triple digits. The Heat Advisory
will remain in effect through 8PM EDT on Monday.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected each
afternoon through the weekend into next week. Locally heavy
rainfall and gusty winds will be primary storm threats.
