This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north and central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

A Heat Advisory is in effect for portions of central Georgia until
8 pm today. Air temperatures in the mid to upper 90s will combine
with humid air to bring heat indices up to 109 across the advisory
area. Please use caution if outdoors. Take breaks, drink fluids,
and try to avoid being outside during peak afternoon heating if
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday...

Scattered thunderstorms will possible across north and central
Georgia Friday and Saturday, mainly during the afternoon and
evening.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not requested but spotters are encouraged
to submit reports of severe weather through the web by going to
