.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions expected through the morning with rain chances
below 10%. With LVORI of 6-8 through daybreak, cannot rule out
the development of brief patchy dense fog, but best chances are to
the north of the burn site. 20-ft winds at ignition time will be
light and variable (<4 mph), picking up more solidly out of the SW
at 4 to 8 MPH by noon to 1PM. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms
are possible beginning 2PM, with best chances for direct impacts
from 2PM to 10PM. Showers and thunderstorms may linger after dark.
Any thunderstorms that form will be capable of producing gusty,
erratic winds, frequent lightning, and locally heavy rainfall.
Rainfall totals are generally expected to be a quarter of an inch
or less, but a passing thunderstorm could drop a quick inch to
inch and a half.
