.DISCUSSION...
Good afternoon!
Patchy fog will be possible at or near the burn site tomorrow
(Tuesday) morning between 3 AM and 9 AM given high overnight
relative humidity (RH) and light to calm winds. We are expecting
tomorrow to be dry with scattered to widespread cloud cover
between 2 kft and 5 kft. Thus, mixing heights should peak around 5
kft between 3 PM and 5 PM. The chance of a rain shower or storm
at the burn site is low at just 15% during the afternoon. 20-foot
winds are expected to be out of the south-southwest and relatively
light at 2-5 mph. Transport winds will be similar direction-wise,
peaking around 8-10 mph in the afternoon. RH is expected to
bottom out between 45% and 50% in the afternoon and early evening.
RH is expected to then recover to between 95% and 100% overnight
into early Wednesday morning, and winds will be light to calm, so
patchy fog at or near the burn site will be possible again between
6 AM and 8 AM. Feel free to contact us with any questions or
concerns.
