.DISCUSSION...

Patchy fog and low clouds are likely to be present and persist at
the hazmat site this morning. Additionally, a few sprinkles or a
stray light rain shower cannot be ruled out but chances are quite
low (<10% chance). A cold front currently moving through North GA
is forecast to move through Douglas County late this morning
(9-11am) which will result in a wind shift to the northwest/north
and lead to gradually improving weather conditions. Other than
some passing high clouds and perhaps isolated cumulus drier
weather and clearer conditions are expected at the hazmat site by
the afternoon and continuing through Thursday. Northwest/North
winds will be less than 10 MPH and relative humidity will lower to
the 50-60% range by the afternoon (~ 1PM onward). While drier air
will be moving into the area today resulting in less `muggy`
conditions, temperatures will still rise into the upper 80s this
afternoon. Heat indices will also range from 87 to 91.
