.DISCUSSION...

Mostly cloudy to overcast conditions to continue through Thursday
morning. Minimum values of relative humidity will be 80% or above
through Wednesday afternoon. Chances for showers will increase
beginning this evening, becoming likely by Wednesday morning, with
intermittent breaks possible. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms
are possible Thursday morning through early afternoon, capable of
producing gusty, erratic winds and frequent lightning. The
timeframe for greatest chances for wetting rains will be between
7AM to 1PM Wednesday and 1AM to 10AM Thursday. Forecast rainfall
on the order of 1-2" with isolated higher amounts of 3-3.5" is
possible through Thursday. Fog/mist is highly likely tonight and
tomorrow night (LVORI of 8-9), to be most dense between
5-9AM/right around daybreak.
