234 FNUS72 KFFC 301035 FWSFFC Spot Forecast for RTM Websters Ferry Unit...Ga State Parks National Weather Service Peachtree City GA 535 AM EST Thu Jan 30 2025 Forecast is based on ignition time of 1000 EST on January 30. If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION... Cloud cover may be biggest challenge to any burn today. High clouds are moving across the burn site this morning and based on current satellite, will likely continue to do so for much of the rest of the day. Outside of this, no rain is expected today. 20ft winds will be from the SE at 5-10 mph with a few higher gusts possible during the afternoon hours. Transport winds will move to the SE by the afternoon at 15-25 mph. Mixing heights will rise to around 2500 ft AGL. This will make for okay dispersion conditions, with ADI values in the 60s. RH values should lower to the 30s this afternoon, though if cloud cover remains entrenched these may be a bit higher. Winds are expected to remain elevated tonight and not go to calm conditions thanks to an approaching weather system. This will keep 20ft winds at 5-10 mph from the SE and it is possible we could see gusts above 20 mph. This may limit some smoke fog concerns. LVORI values rise to around 5 by the early morning hours, thanks in large part to increased humidity approaching or reaching 100%. Tomorrow, rain is expected to move across the burn site with chances starting in the early morning and continuing during the afternoon. .REST OF TODAY...
