.DISCUSSION...

Good morning!

Another day of on and off showers expected, though the good news
is that any rainfall should be light and the chance of seeing a
thunderstorm is very low. Cloud cover should be around through
most of the day, though there is a chance the sun may peek out a
bit by the late afternoon. Cloud cover and rain chances will keep
high temperatures near 80, which will keep the heat index well
below any values of concern. The most impactful weather may be the
wind, which should pick up during the afternoon as a low begins
to develop just off the Georgia coast. Winds will be ENE from
10-15 mph sustained, with gusts that can be 20 mph or higher.
