.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
Winds and relative humidity values will remain outside of critical
thresholds.
Rainy conditions with increased cloud cover will keep min RHs at 70-
80% over much of the area. Rain chances at 60-70% are expected
tomorrow then reducing to 30% for Thursday. Winds out of the S/SW
should shift to W/NW tomorrow at at 5-7mph with gusts up to 15 mph.
Flash flooding is possible today especially over the northern
portions of the area as widespread 1-2" of rainfall is expected with
the potential for up to 4" in isolated areas.
