.DISCUSSION...
Significant fire weather concerns are not expected in north or
central Georgia through Monday. Dry weather will continue, and
afternoon relative humidity values should fall into the 25 to 35
percent range each afternoon. Overnight winds will continue to be
from the northeast at 3 to 9 mph (highest speeds in central
Georgia). Meanwhile overnight winds will be clam. Mixing heights
will peak near 3000 ft each afternoon before falling to below 300
ft each night. Transport winds will be consistent from the
northeast. Look for speeds in the 6 to 16 mph during the afternoon,
and speeds in the 2 to 6 mph range overnight.
