No hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
Relative humidity values remain outside of critical thresholds.
Minimum values of relative humidity will be in the 35 to
50 percent range this afternoon, and in the 45 to 60 percent
range on Friday afternoon. Wetting rain chances will return
today, with isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible during
the afternoon, primarily across northern zones. Gusty, erratic
winds and frequent lightning are possible in any storms that
form. Rainfall totals of a quarter of an inch or less are
expected, though a quick inch of rainfall is possible in areas
experiencing thunderstorms. Surface winds will be northwest at
7 mph or less, with light and variable winds expected overnight.
