No hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
Relative humidity values remain outside of critical thresholds.
Chances for afternoon and evening storms will steadily rise over
the weekend, reaching as high as 50-60% areawide on Sunday into
Monday. Winds will be primarily SW to S through the weekend,
between 3-6 mph during the overnight and early morning hours and
up to 5-10 mph in the afternoons. Minimum RH values will remain
above 50 percent through the weekend. Mixing heights will peak
between 4-6 kft this afternoon, likely a little lower on Sunday
with increased precipitation chances. Thunderstorm chances have
increased for the first half of the week from previous forecasts.
