No hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
Relative humidity values remain outside of critical thresholds.
Scattered afternoon storms are possible again today, mainly
across our central and southern fire zones. Minimum RH values
will range from 45-65 percent. SE winds north of I-20 will be
less than 10 mph while zones south of I-20 should expect
10-15 mph winds with gusts as high as 25 mph by this afternoon.
A front tomorrow will bring widespread rain to the northern zones
during the afternoon and into the overnight hours. Some storms
will be very efficient rainfall producers increasing the risk for
localized flash flooding. .
