.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
Relative humidity values remain outside of critical thresholds.
Isolated afternoon storms are possible again today, mainly across
our far southern fire zones. Minimum RH values will range from
45-65 percent. Winds will be light and range from SE in Middle
Georgia to SW in north Georgia at 5-8 mph. Expect light and
variable winds during the overnight hours.
On Tuesday, scattered afternoon thunderstorms will continue, with
the focus shifted to central Georgia. Minimum RH will range from
50- 60 percent. Winds will come up out of the SSE at 6-12 mph
with gusts over 15 mph possible.
